all in all, the prices in the restaurant were quite high, but was probably the same all over Waikiki

We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their pride in trying to be the most Hawaiian hotel on the beach

I appreciated the hotel, it was huge and fairly clean, location was marvellous and magnificent in a very convenient location along a very clean beach. Met very very nice staff with a manager who was nice.

We tried going into the deli several times and twice they were closed because the employee was on break. There should have been someone filling in so it could remain open.

Authentic Hawaiian atmosphere and friendly staff.

The children's program was excellent, offering activities like lei-making with kind staff. The restaurant with a beachfront view served delicious meals, and we loved the hula dancing entertainment. The fitness center had everything we needed to stay active, too!

i'd recommend checking other options.

The grounds were lovely and the location is perfect. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Very Hawaiian!

I like it all but the lounge chairs at the pools could use a good scrubbing. Bigger pool towels although they were soft.

I liked the relaxed atmosphere and the shows in the evening. Really great position to go snorkelling.I Loked the opportunities to learn about hawaiian culture.

The swipe cards didn't work consistently.

This hotel has a "warmth" that outweighs the more luxurious aspect of other surrounding hotels. It is a simple but not ordinary place to spend a vacation with an hawain flavor.

The hotel's lush gardens were like stepping into paradise. So inviting! The charming decor. Everything felt comfortable for me and my friends.

More comfortable seating areas for relaxation, please.

We were in a family group of 7 - 5 of which were young adults. The location was ideal because it was so close to the beach and also close to the shops etc at the Whalers Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel provided everything we needed..

One of the wings was a bit tired and dated, but we were moved to another wing which was a newer building and were perfectly happy with the new room and the staff were very accommodating with our request.
